1. Service

Jumpr is a technical bridge between Meta and Odoo Online. It allows businesses to receive Messenger and Instagram Messaging events through Meta's official webhooks, validate and normalize those events, and forward them to an Odoo webhook configured by the user.

Jumpr does not provide CRM services, customer support services, outbound messaging, commercial automation, or legal, tax, or business advice.

2. Permitted Use

Users may use Jumpr only to connect Meta accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, or other assets for which they have sufficient authorization.

Users agree to comply with the applicable policies and terms of Meta, Google, Odoo, Cloudflare, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Jumpr may not be used for spam, fraud, surveillance, bulk data harvesting, unauthorized resale of data, scraping, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates the rights of third parties.

3. Accounts and Access

Administrative access to Jumpr is provided through Google OAuth.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account and for controlling who has access to the Jumpr dashboard.

Jumpr may suspend or restrict access if it detects abuse, a security risk, a violation of these Terms, or unauthorized use.

4. Integrations

To create an integration, users may provide Meta technical credentials and an Odoo webhook URL.

Users authorize Jumpr to use those credentials exclusively to validate, receive, and process the events required for the operation of the integration bridge.

Jumpr does not modify Odoo business logic. The user is responsible for any processing, automation, record creation, updates, or other actions performed within Odoo after a payload is received.

5. Data and Retention

The processing of personal data is governed by the Jumpr Privacy Policy.

Jumpr retains complete webhook payloads only temporarily for operational and debugging purposes. Technical metadata may be retained for longer periods for auditing, security, and diagnostic purposes.

6. Availability

Jumpr depends on third-party services including Cloudflare, Meta, Google, and Odoo. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be completely free from errors.

The service may be affected by API changes, permission changes, platform policies, usage limits, third-party outages, or incorrect user configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jumpr is provided as a technical integration tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Omnipresence shall not be liable for data loss, loss of business opportunities, configuration errors, third-party failures, decisions or actions performed within Odoo, or service interruptions outside Jumpr's reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

Jumpr, including its software, design, documentation, and associated intellectual property, belongs to Logic Omnipresence or its respective rights holders.

Users retain their rights over the data and configurations they provide or process through the service.

9. Termination

Users may stop using Jumpr by deleting their integrations or requesting deletion of their account.

Jumpr may suspend or terminate access in the event of violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
