Terms of Service

1. Service

Jumpr is a technical bridge between Meta, including Messenger and Instagram Messaging, and Odoo Online.

Jumpr does not provide CRM services, customer support, outbound messaging, or legal advice.

2. Service Provider Role

Jumpr acts as a Data Processor / Service Provider on behalf of its customers.

Customers act as Data Controllers for end-user messaging data. Jumpr processes that data only according to customer instructions and only as necessary to provide the integration service.

3. Permitted Use

Jumpr may only be used to connect Meta assets and Odoo webhooks that the customer is authorized to manage.

Customers must comply with the applicable terms and policies of Meta, Google, Odoo, Cloudflare, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Jumpr may not be used for spam, fraud, surveillance, bulk data harvesting, unauthorized resale of data, scraping, harassment, illegal activities, or any use that infringes the rights of third parties.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer represents and agrees that:

• It is authorized to connect and manage the relevant Meta assets.
• It maintains a publicly accessible Privacy Policy disclosing its use of Meta communication channels and its use of Logic Omnipresence / Jumpr as a processor or service provider.
• It has an appropriate lawful basis to process end-user inquiries and related personal data.
• It is responsible for handling end-user rights, privacy requests, and deletion requests according to its own Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The customer is solely responsible for all business logic, automations, record creation, updates, and other processing performed within Odoo after Jumpr delivers a payload.

5. Accounts and Access

Administrative access to Jumpr is provided through Google OAuth.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of its Google account and controlling who is permitted to access its Jumpr dashboard.

Jumpr may suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse, security risks, unauthorized use, or violations of these Terms.

6. Integrations

To configure an integration, the customer may provide Meta technical credentials and an Odoo webhook URL.

The customer authorizes Jumpr to use those credentials solely as necessary to validate, receive, process, and forward events as part of the bridge operation.

7. Data and Retention

The processing of personal data is governed by the Jumpr Privacy Policy.

Complete webhook payloads are retained only temporarily for operational and debugging purposes. Technical and operational metadata may be retained for longer periods for auditing, security, and diagnostic purposes.

8. Availability

Jumpr depends on third-party services including Cloudflare, Meta, Google, and Odoo. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The service may be affected by API changes, permission changes, platform policy changes, service limits, third-party outages, or incorrect customer configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jumpr is provided as a technical integration tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Omnipresence shall not be liable for data loss, lost business opportunities, configuration errors, third-party failures, actions or decisions performed within Odoo, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

Jumpr, including its software, design, documentation, and associated intellectual property, belongs to Logic Omnipresence or its respective rights holders.

Customers retain their rights over the data and configurations they provide or process through the service.

11. Termination

Customers may stop using Jumpr by deleting their integrations or requesting deletion of their account.

Jumpr may suspend or terminate access in cases of violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
